Putin met with President of Abkhazia Raul Khadjimba

Vladimir Putin had a meeting with the President of Abkhazia Raul Khadjimba in the Kremlin.

The President of the republic has arrived to Russia with a working visit to Vladimir Putin. The prospects of further development of the bilateral relations were discussed during their meeting.


 

Putin will meet with President of Abkhazia Raul Khadjimba.

The two presidents are to discuss prospects for intensifying bilateral cooperation, including the implementation of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia on Alliance and Strategic Partnership of November 24, 2014.

Particular focus will be placed on improving mechanisms for Russia’s efforts to facilitate socioeconomic development in Abkhazia and expanding the legal framework for bilateral relations.
